A deposit of $400AUD is required at the time of registration and this can only be made online. We do not accept cheques or money transfers. We require that the balance is paid 60 days prior to the departure date of your selected Project or you will risk the loss of your deposit without refund.
If, for any reason, you choose to cancel your participation in a Project that you had registered for, the following rules apply:
• Cancellation up to 90 days prior to departure – Full refund of all moneys paid minus a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellation between 90 and 60 days prior to departure – Full refund of all moneys paid minus a $100 processing fee.
• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to departure – Full refund of all moneys paid minus a $400 processing fee.
• Cancellation when less than 30 days remain prior to departure – no refund will be offered. Where possible, and at the discretion of VetProjects International, we may allow up to 90% of your payment to be used towards a different upcoming Project.
