Dedicated to Improving Veterinary Training & Animal Welfare Worldwide
Through our teaching projects, we aim to make a real and genuine difference to animal welfare in the countries that need it most.
Welcome to VetProjects International! We are an Australian-based social enterprise run by a talented team of vets and nurses dedicated to providing you an opportunity to develop your surgical skills and confidence whilst having a positive impact on the people and animals of the developing countries we operate in.
Since starting in 2015, we have continued to develop our practical, hands-on approach to teaching and are positive you’ll complete the program inspired and feeling positive about starting your career.

Improving stray animal conditions also benefits the local communities we work in and helps foster a happier and closer human-animal bond.
Let’s hear from some of the lives we’ve touched!
Thank you for the opportunity to get involved in a wonderful program. The teaching was really encouraging with no pressure on speed, just on good practice. Highly recommended! Thanks also to the friendly team of helpers too.
This was such a great way to get amongst the local community and actually see the difference we were making. The teaching was really well paced, explained well and I always felt well supported. Thank you all!
