Please be aware that travel insurance is compulsory for all participants in all Projects. You will require hospital and accident cover as part of this insurance. We also recommend that your insurance covers your flights and other travel expenses in the case of sudden cancellation due to extraneous circumstances.
You will need to provide us with your insurance and emergency contact details at least 30 days prior to departure.
